Do you have acne?
Have you tried Pro-Active and found that it stops working when you stop using it?
Did the same thing happen when you used Obagi or Clinique for your acne?
Stuck with blackheads and/or whiteheads and didn't find permanent relief at the dermatologist's either?
You are ready for a blood purifier to cure your acne.
There are herbs which purify your blood just like there are filters that purify water. Your blood, primarily because of what you eat and because of not drinking sufficient water, may be carrying impurities to your body all the time that it circulates. Confused? This is a very simple thing to understand if you ask anyone who would they rather receive a blood transfusion from, a guy who has a 35-year drug habit or from a 14 year old girl who has never even had a drop of beer? Pure blood is essential for good health and good skin. Acne usually returns after using products on the skin because your blood stream is still impure, so the pimples, blackheads and whiteheads make a victorious return!
Blood purifiers that effectively cleanse your blood stream:
- burdock root
- yellow dock
- golden seal
- red clover
To make this more clear to you, I lived in West Africa for one year. During that time, I drank water that had been treated to kill contaminants up until 8 months into my stay. My family and I were staying in a home which had treated water that was drawn from a deep well. I was getting water one day and accidentally caused the pail, which was connected to a rope slung around the top of the well, to fall into the well. Now I had to find another source of water and I found a neighbor with a well. They warned me that the water had not been treated, and I took a chance and began using the untreated water. Four months later, back in the US, I had severe fatigue, no appetite and yellow eyes--hepatitis. I had a six month old daughter that I could barely nurse because I had no energy and wasn't interested in eating. I only had energy to go to the bathroom, eat a little and nurse this poor little girl. I went to the emergency in Brooklyn and they said that there was nothing that could be done. Fortunately, my husband knew about blood purifiers and forced me to take teas made with these herbs. I was cured, and the internist was surprised at how my liver showed almost absolutely no sign of damage. I have never had a reoccurence of the hepatitis and have more energy than many people half my age. I garden, lift weights, exercise and have young children and teenagers, so obviously purifying my blood was critical to turning around my health.
My blood purification regimen included the herbs above: burdock root, yellow dock root, red clover and milk thistle to clean my liver. The root of acne and some other health issues is impure blood. These blood purifiers and milk thistle can correct some health problems, like acne. Drink pure water and use blood purifiers, and, in time, your acne will be history.
Maca has been used by the Peruvian people since the Inca Civilization to put "fire" in their sex lives.
ReplyDeleteOther things can be done for relieving acne if you do not have a mild case. If you able to go to a dermatologist, the medication, Retin-A, is fantastic if your acne is stronger than normal.
ReplyDeleteRetin-A is used topically, but it tends to really dry out the skin;however, it will help to cure your acne. Retin-A is used at night right before bed after washing the face and letting it dry for 20-30 minutes.
Also you can use salicylic acid, 2%, after washing your face. Wash your face, dry it with a soft towel, and then using a cotton ball, apply the salicylic acid. You can do this twice a day. And then apply benzoyl peroxide, 5%, to your skin. For really bad acne, use benzoyl peroxide, 10%.
Exercise will also help to get rid of acne because you will sweat which gets rid of toxins.
And of course, use the blood purifiers mentioned in the blog to purify your blood. Dr. Sebi, a well-known herbalist, successfully recommended blood purifying herbs to cure acne. I met one of his patients who suggested the remedy to me when I had acne in my 20s.
