Maca and Herbs: Maca FAQs FOR WOMEN Part 2

MACA AND HERBS: MACA FAQs (FOR WOMEN)

Last week, the post was about a few of the common maca FAQs for women.  Maca FAQs for women is continued in today's blog. If you have further questions, you can ask anonymously if you feel uncomfortable posting your name. Send an email to ilovemyherbs(at)@gmail.com if you have maca questions that require a little more research or are very personal. Your name and email address are confidential.

MACA FAQs FOR WOMEN

1. If I am 17 or under, can I take maca?
If you underwent puberty at a later age (age 15 or over), I would suggest waiting another year because your body might still be undergoing hormonal changes.  I think that 18 is better for younger users to begin using maca because it's more likely that any changes due to puberty will be complete by this time. Remember, maca works with your hormones to make them work more efficiently so that if you are looking for a larger booty, maca will help.

2. Must I do a liver flush to use maca?
No.  The purpose of a liver flush is to cleanse your liver. The liver helps the body get rid of wastes. I recommend  a liver flush only because some women have so much waste to rid themselves of which results in slower progress with ANY supplement.  A liver flush before using maca is easy. Just combine olive oil and the juice of a fresh lemon and drink. I have given this to one of my teenage daughters to help her get rid of rashes and breakouts. She hates it! However, if you drink it quickly, it goes down your throat before you know it.

3. Am I going to look like Kim Kardashian or Nikki Minaj when I use maca?
I don't know what your specific results will be. Nikki Minaj might have the body that she's got due to either injections (which I don't know!!!) or heredity or exercise and maca. The same goes for Kim Kardashian. Maca works at different rates for different women, and a few women don't get any results from maca.  I had results based upon maca and then using specific exercises to speed up my results. Kim Kardashian and Nikki Minaj have great figures and you can look great too if you are committed to using the maca capsules for two months and following the advice I give you when you order. When my oldest daughter began using maca, she saw visible results in only two weeks because she was using a lot of maca. I was shocked at the difference when I saw her!

4. Is maca a drug?
Maca is not a drug. This is why you can buy maca or maca products online without a prescription. Maca is not a drug. It is a plant from Peru in South America.

5. Can I get maca in WalMart, Target, CVS, Walgreen's or some other store?
You cannot get maca at those stores.  GNC had a product featuring maca along with other ingredients, but it was for men for a totally different purpose, obviously.  The product that we have which has other ingredients to help maximize getting a larger booty is only available online.

I can post other maca FAQs if there are more questions that are sent in to ilovemyherbs(at)gmail.com.

Maca for Women: Q and As or FAQs for Maca

Maca for Women:  Q and As or FAQs for Maca

These are FAQs on Maca for Women:

1.  Is maca a drug?
No, maca is not a drug; it is a plant which grows in Peru in the Andes Mountains, and the root of it is similar to a sweet potato.

2. Will maca make me fat/obese? (This is one of the most frequent FAQs about maca for women.)

No. Maca will make your hormones work more effectively which is why it is also used for women who are peri-menopausal ( having pre-menopause symptoms). Maca helps to naturally balance your hormones.  The thing that will make you fat is Periactin, a prescription drug that some women like to use with maca so that they will get very large buttocks. Periactin increases your appetite (maca does nothing to change your appetite).  So women use the Periactin to gain more weight so that the maca will go to areas of the body that have already become larger due to the Periactin.

3. Do maca products cost a lot of money?
No. Maca products are very reasonable. The most expensive maca product in our line is only about $50 and that is because it is larger bottle to accommodate women who want to order a two month supply or take more than 3 capsules daily.

4. Does Kim Kardashian use maca?
We really don't know. LOL. But Kim Kardashian has the figure of a woman who uses maca.

This is a brief FAQ, and more FAQs will be posted next week (August 11-17).
